Allison Gray

Hello everyone, I’m Allison Gray. I am thrilled to be the Women’s Ministry Director at MVPC. I’m dedicated to fostering a faith-filled, vibrant and supportive community for all the women at MVPC. Working closely with committee leaders, I lead various programs and initiatives aimed at nurturing the faith and fellowship of women. This includes a diverse range of activities including Christian based events, Bible studies, prayer groups, retreats, and service projects. It also includes ministering to women to understand the unique needs and challenges they face in their spiritual and personal lives.

I’m an ordained Deacon at MVPC and sing on praise team during our contemporary service. My favorite holiday is of course Christmas (for many reasons), and my favorite hymn is It Is Well with My Soul.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from Radford University. I’ve held positions in diverse industries, working in event management, marketing, community/relationship building, sales, communications, and tourism, including a stint as the Tourism Manager for the City of Roswell New Mexico, and their extra-terrestrials (wink, wink).

My wonderful husband George and I originally hail from New Jersey, and have lived in several cities, but we love and plan to stay in Las Vegas. George is an Elder at MVPC and sings with me on praise team. We have a beautiful Blue Heeler named Indigo, who I take hiking with me in the desert.

Being on staff here is a gift. Talking with each of you every Sunday fills my heart with joy.
