Homeless Care Packs
MVPC is dedicated to supporting the homeless by providing Homeless Care Packs to be distributed by our congregation as they interact with the homeless during their normal daily activities. The bags are put together four times a year by volunteers between services on a Sunday morning and include water, snacks, socks, and personal hygiene items.
"They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’ 45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’ Matthew 25:44-45
